Job Description Job Description Superintendent We are an established commercial specialty contractor with more than 25 years of experience in high quality prefabrication and interior systems. Our team operates out of Oklahoma with a prefabrication facility in Tulsa and an office in Oklahoma City. We support general contractors and developers by delivering panelized wall systems, modular bathrooms, acoustical assemblies, commercial framing, drywall systems, fireproofing, and exterior cladding solutions. Our approach centers on precision, ethical practices, and value engineered project delivery that reduces labor costs, shortens schedules, and improves overall build quality. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily construction operations and manage on-site staff and subcontractors. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality control standards. Coordinate project schedules and work with project managers to ensure timely completion. Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure proper execution. Manage project budgets and control expenses to maintain financial goals. Conduct regular site inspections and report on project progress to stakeholders. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site promptly. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of drywall installation, metal framing, and pre-engineered buildings. Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with construction safety regulations and practices.
