their team focusing on ground up construction of healthcare, office
and additional commercial construction projects. The company has a

construction projects valued at $10mil Client Details Michael Page
is working with a well-known local general contractor as they seek
to hire a Assistant Project Manager to their team focusing on
ground up construction of healthcare, office and additional
commercial construction projects. The company has a Strong regional

projects valued at $10mil Description As an integral part of the
project team, the Assistant Project Manager will support all ground
up construction projects alongside the PM for several commercial
projects running concurrently, valued at 15mil per project. in
Addition the Successful Project manager will be responsible for:
Managing all project paperwork, RFIs, etc. on the specific project
Serving as the lead face of the business with the architect,
client, and subcontractors Managing the budget and overseeing the
schedule, in coordination with the Superintendent Profile The
Successful Assistant Construction Project Manager Will Have:
Minimum5 years of construction project experience a background
building projects over $10 million in value communication skills,
both written and verbal Light industrial and / or tilt wall project
experience is advantageous strong client-facing abilities and
represents the employer well at all times a Bachelor's Degree Job
Offer The Assistant Project Manager - New Construction Work
receives: Base salary up to $90,000 Company truck gas card PTO
