Job Description Job Description Job Title: Title Clerk (Temp-to-Hire) Company: Robert Half Location: Central Oklahoma City (100% Onsite) Pay Rate: $14–$15 per hour Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire (90 days) Bonus: After conversion to the client’s payroll, employees are eligible for a monthly bonus of $250–$300 Position Summary Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented Title Clerk for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a leading company in Oklahoma City. This role is ideal for candidates with automotive dealership experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accuracy and compliance. Key Responsibilities Process vehicle titles and related documentation accurately and efficiently Ensure compliance with state and federal title regulations Coordinate with sales, finance, and administrative teams to resolve title issues Track, file, and submit title paperwork in a timely manner Research and correct discrepancies to prevent delays Maintain organized and up-to-date records Qualifications Prior experience as a Title Clerk in an automotive dealership environment preferred Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines Effective communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency with office systems and dealership software is a plus What’s Offered Opportunity for permanent employment after 90 days Competitive hourly pay with monthly bonus eligibility ($250–$300) after conversion Stable, full-time onsite position with a reputable organization
