Job Description:
SUMMARY:To assist the sales team in growing the sales
environment by providing excellent Customer Service and Product
Delivery, customer follow up (i.e., quotes, delivery, invoicing)
and targeted, timely, persistent marketing. Company Benefits:- 401k

work in a team environment, and build productive relationships by
solving problems. Experience in the recycling industry is a plus
but we are willing to train someone with relatable skills.ESSENTIAL
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:
- Assist customers with inquiries over the phone with product
inquiries, order entry and invoicing using provided systems and
programs.
- Provide accurate availability, pricing, and shipping
information.
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry,
mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- Debit, credit, and reconcile accounts on computer spreadsheets
and databases, using provided accounting software.
- Utilize CRM program to record quotes, sales, enter AP / AR, and
analyze information.
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures,
and regulations.
- Operate calculators, computers / keyboards, and copy machines
to perform calculations and produce documents.
- Other duties and projects assigned.
- Provide forms and communications necessary between our
satellite locations (Warehouses) and the home office for logistics
and Inventory processes.
- Maintenance of account receivables and payables, and banking
entry
- Access reporting and financial information to answer general
questions as well as those related to specific accounts.
- Reconcile or note and report discrepancies found in records.
Report any work discrepancies and problems to the management
staff.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma required, bachelors degree preferred, and
related experience or training, or equivalent combination of
education and experience. Must have a valid U.S. drivers license
and be willing and able to operate a motor vehicle and pass a
company drug screen.
