    • Success MindedOverviewLow T Center/HerKare, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking qualified Customer Service Reps for our Billing Office in Edmond. The ideal candidate will: (1) Work well with others, (2) thrive in a fast-paced environment, and (3) prioritize patient service.This position will answer incoming calls and e-mails pertaining to customer service inquiries with the billing team. The position will also route calls and requests to appropriate departments and handles all insurance billing inquiries.Compensation Package:
      • Competitive compensation package based on location and experience.

        • High School Diploma or GED
        • Background checkResponsibilities-- Answers phone calls from clinical staff, third parties, and patients directing them to the appropriate department for assistance-- Answers patient questions on insurance billing, and makes corrections as needed-- Prepares and sends patient account receipts upon request-- Properly escalates customer service issues that require additional attention-- Set patients up on recurring payment plans in accordance with their chosen plan-- Verifies plan choice matches services provided so accounts are properly billed-- Obtains necessary documentation for plan enrollment and communicates needs to appropriate clinical and operations staff-- Processes patient cancelation of plan requests and verifies that minimum plan requirements were met-- Verifies and responds to refund requests-- Notifies clinics of payment failures to obtain delinquent payments and new payment informationQualifications:
          • Must possess a minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience performing a customer service role
          • Experience with AdvancedMD is a plus**
          • Ability to learn and use Microsoft Suite such as Outlook, Word and Excel
          • Demonstrates basic verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
          • Must exhibit professionalism, be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude and work well with others
          • Excellent time management and follow-up skills
          • Ability to work assigned schedule on a reliable and predictable basisJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:
